My recent visit to Rai Manjodh Indisches Restaurant was a disappointment from start to finish. I will give a complaint to the food and safety department in Berlin for sure Upon entering, I was dismayed to find insects buzzing around the restaurant, and to my horror, I discovered one in my food.When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, I received a dismissive response, with the explanation that it’s “natural” for insects to find their way into food sometimes.This lack of concern for hygiene was alarming. To make matters worse, the lamb biryani we ordered was far from satisfactory.It was overly seasoned with capsicum, overpowering the taste of the dish and leaving a bitter aftertaste.When I raised these concerns with the manager, hoping for a resolution or apology, I was met with indifference and even rudeness.Instead of addressing the issue, the manager attempted to brush it off and urged us to accept the subpar meal. Overall, my experience at manjodh was deeply disappointing.From the presence of insects in the food to the lack of professionalism from the staff and management, it fell far short of expectations.I would caution others against dining here until significant improvements are made in both hygiene standards and customer service.They took my plate from me with the 🪰 in it. we paid and we left the restaurant. your staff took my plate before taking my picture.If you have the camera in your restaurant you can upload the full video.You will have the proof what u guys talked with me .and who took my plate from my table.Your place is unhygienic and you know it.flies are everywhere. Ur manager talked with me you know the truth.Stop misleading customers.about the fly 🪰.

fristly , Thanks for coming , and secondly you wanna complaint , yes sure you can , because the food safety and hygiene department come that time they have to check for control. so please tell us what you want .you only spread negativity about our restaurant .that means you come only for the complaints and for negative comments. have you any proof that flies are present in your food..you already finish your food , but you also give us only negative response with so much attitude when you have to pay.The way you taking with manager or staff is to rude and disrespectful.even manager and staff cooperate with you.and one thing more that please check menu card properly and then order the food .and you are the first person that comments in negative way.one thing more you said that food is not so delicious and hygiene so why you paid for that please check the picture that uploaded by yourself.and clarify your self before spreading negativity.so why you right our name that means you have personal problem with us.and when our staff questioning you that everything is ok because this is main rule of every restaurant that feel comfortable to all guests. so now we take action about that you black mailing our staff and manager and disturbing the reputation of our restaurant.
They have very good samosas, rest food is so so! The worst part of the restaurant is if you think a single diner can finish with a hour or longer would be totally wrong.There is only one employee in service, it takes ages to get everything done.You wait for this, you wait for that.She even forgotten my bhatura, have to wait another 20 minutes to get it and then Curry was cold.After all that delay when you finish dining, it takes another half age to get the bill and payment done. Extremely chaos!!!
It has decent Indian food, pretty quick service too.However I did notice the staff serving complimentary papad to their non Indian guests but did not give me any 🤷 that was a bit weird
