Mandarin Beijing is an absolute gem in Chula Vista! 🌟 The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal. My lunch special included sweet and sour chicken and fried rice - both were delicious and the portions were generous!
The salt & pepper wings are a must-try; they're crispy and packed with flavor. The only downside was that the honey walnut shrimp had a bit too much breading for my taste.
