Mandarin offers a cozy dining experience with a well-maintained ambiance. The owner, Poona, adds a personal touch, making you feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the garlic chicken - tender and packed with flavor. The jasmine tea was a refreshing companion to our meal. However, my friend found the dumplings a bit underwhelming in taste, lacking the punch we expected. Still, the overall vibe and attentive service make it worthwhile. Can't wait to return! 🍜
