We had a lovely evening at Malmaison Bar & Grill in Brighton Marina! The setting is casual yet inviting, with nice views. I ordered the sea bass, which was delightfully fresh and beautifully presented. My partner loved the prawn cocktail - definitely a highlight.

The dessert, crème brûlée, was superb, finishing our meal on a high note. The only hiccup was some dry starters; we found the brisket bites lacking moisture. Overall, it’s an enjoyable experience worth revisiting! 🍽️
