Makars Mash Bar is a delightful find in Edinburgh, perfect for sampling authentic Scottish cuisine. I indulged in their lamb shank, which was wonderfully tender and paired beautifully with gourmet mash - each bite was a symphony of flavors! While waiting for 45 minutes to be seated, the staff kept us updated, making the wait enjoyable.

The cozy ambiance adds to the experience, making it easy to relax. Don’t miss their vegetarian haggis, though it's definitely an acquired taste. Highly recommend visiting! 🥔✨
