November 16, 2024Madre Rosa Cerveceria was a delightful surprise during our visit! We tried the queso fundido, and it truly lived up to the hype - so creamy and flavorful. We also indulged in the tacos al pastor, which were bursting with flavor and topped with fresh cilantro. The ambiance is vibrant and perfect for hanging out with friends. Our server was attentive and filled us in on their specials, too. I’ll definitely be back for taco Tuesday! 🌮
