Nestled in Edinburgh, Made in Hong Kong offers an authentic taste of a beloved cha chaan teng. The tomato, egg, and beef dish was comfort food perfection, reminding me of home. Their honey chilli chicken wings were crispy and packed with flavor, while the Peking sauce pork chop over rice stole the show.

The casual atmosphere is welcoming, and the friendly owner adds a personal touch. I do wish for a bilingual menu - it might enhance the experience. Can't wait to return for that French toast! 🥡
