MAD Greens on Colorado & Evans is a delightful spot for fresh, healthy lunches! 🌱

I recently tried the Edgar Allan Poe salad with green chili - absolutely fire! The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot on. I also sampled the hummus trio; while they were out of two flavors, the garlic hummus was fantastic.

The atmosphere could use a little TLC, as the dining area felt a bit unkempt. Overall, though, the staff was friendly, and I can't wait to explore more of the menu. Can't wait to return! 🍽️✨
