I am SO bummed that I was charged $82 for parking in the parking lot for 14 minutes longer than 3 hours! I was meeting a childhood friend.
I zipped in, looked for parking signage, saw nothing, parked, and caught up on some serious stuff with my friend.
The Mad Greens does not own the lot, but the staff saw us sitting there and cleaned tables near us several times and never mentioned anything about a 3 hour parking limit.
The food was good! The time was enjoyable, but surely they could have helped us out! I called the store when I received the notice, and they clearly knew all about it! SO disappointing!

Customer service was good.
Food was delicious.
However the dining area needed much attention.
Tables needed to be wiped down and disinfected.
Unkept dining area takes away from the atmosphere.
Outside dining is available.

Food is never consistent, really depends on the person making it.
Just got a spicy bacon bowl and the mad spice container didn’t have a spoon so the worker just poured it on my bowl instead of a normal serving size, so hot I can’t even eat my food.
