On March 25,2024, My first time visiting this restaurant.I was in New York visiting. I ordered the two meat combo (BBQ Ribs & Chicken) with collard greens, macaroni and cheese, and I added the sweet potatoes. The atmosphere was mellow. It was trivia night.Had a few participants. It was fun.I sat at the bar watching the women’s college basketball game. The BBQ barbecue ribs was overcook. When I bit into them it fell off the bone. They were overcooked. They may have been reheated. They were very chewy; like chewing bubblegum. The drumsticks were not cook fully. The barbecue sauce was delicious and tasty. The collard greens were bland no seasoning. The macaroni and cheese was like velveeta out of the box.It was creamy, but still delicious and tasty. The sweet potatoes were unique it had walnuts in it.My drinks were very delicious. The staff, (Gisele, Karen, Alex and Jason) all was outstanding and friendly.
I’m a ribs guy but I liked the brisket more. This place is keeping the industrial Williamsburg vibes alive. Our server was great.Food came out quick.Last Time I came it was packed but if you show up on a Sunday early afternoon it’s very pleasant. My margarita was way too sweet but I guess some people like that cuz I think it was a pre made batch.I’ll be back. Thanks Mable’s !

Pulled pork sandwich was extremely good, beef brisket was delicious and well cooked. Not completely lean, but not too fatty either.I feel like the ribs we a tad underkooked.Service was excellend and atmosphere was super chill.Decent choice of beers on the tap.Overall great experience.Did not get to try the key lime pie, but would come back for it.
