Lucky Kitchen on Arctic Blvd in Anchorage is a hidden gem for Chinese comfort food. I tried their Kung Pao Chicken and it was deliciously spicy and perfectly cooked. Their small plates are perfect for sharing - don’t miss the spring rolls! The casual atmosphere is great for solo dining or a quick bite. Plus, it’s wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus.
