Lotus Restaurant is a delightful gem in downtown Minneapolis! 🌟 I stopped by for lunch during a conference and was impressed by the swift service and cozy vibe. I had the classic HOUSE PHO, which was fresh and flavorful despite being a tad salty. The spring rolls were a highlight at just $7.50 for two, served with a delicious sauce.

The lunch special for $11.99 featuring chicken lo mein and potstickers was a steal. Definitely a great stop for a quick bite! 🍜✨ I'll be back for more!
