To begin, I'm not from around here.I'm just driving by.I was looking for a good dining restaurant and stumbled across Los Ramos Mexican restaurants..when I first walked in it was weird , i did not get greeted and my waiter looked like he didn't want to be there, no smile or how are you doing today...I asked for a stake and shrimp plate but 1 min after wanted to change it and he said I can't and it was literally a min or two after I ordered it thin I asked for beer with a lime & salt and he never brought the salt.when I got my food the stake was dry as F and my veggies where burnt...but when I spoke about it and called the owner, the food was great and the service after was great and was a completely different service and definitely would go back .i ended up getting two more tacos, one of Lengua and one of Carnitas.definitely recommend, best tacos i had in a while....bug i would definitely request a different waiter then that guy i had in the beginning.....wish you the best in your restaurant brother keep up the great work don't let employees give you a bad reputation you have a really good restaurant.....
Nice little place in Waupun. The food was really good. Nice service, too.
I just ordered the queso fundito dip, asked for only queso and chorizo. When I got it, it was 3/4 tomatoes, green onions, raw onion and bell peppers. The "queso" was like pure water. No flavor to the queso either. Then, it was handed to me with no chips. Now, this is a QUESO DIP, and when I asked about the chips I was told I had to pay an additional $2. I was given a really small bag, less than half of what you would receive in the basket if dining in.Not to mention the bowl of "queso" dip was also very small. The gentleman cashier had no personality, was very short with me and just treated me as if, "whatever". I don't know if the management/owners have changed recently as it has been so e time since I've been in there. But I do know a few years back the queso and serving sizes and employees were ALOT better. I couldnt even eat it because of all the onion and tomatoes and such. Not to mention i couldn't even get the "queso" to stay on a chip as it was, as I mentioned, like pure water.I won't be going back again.
