The food is DELICIOUS! The flavors of the dishes they served are the closest or the same as the food served in Peru.
If you are Peruvian you will feel like you are eating at home.
The food is prepared with fresh ingredients and is very authentic.
They do not play or improvised the ingredients.
Ms.
Lucy the owner of the restaurant greets everyone with a smile and acknowledges your presence with gratitude because you are her guest.
Julia took care of our table with enthusiasm and joy.
She has a natural nice sense of humor that unintentionally brings a smile and feeling of comfort while she is taking care of you.
Kausitas is in equal quality of food as the restaurants Jarana, C-viche 105 and other reputable restaurants.
Kausitas cooking brings you back where you come from…HOME.

Another hidden gem in Hollywood!!! Cozy - (about 8 tables) and relaxed.
The service very friendly and on point --NOW the food is possibly THE best Peruvian I've ever had.
Ceviche was FRESH! the lime was not overwhelming , portion was good for price - My son had the Chaufa de Pollo - (chicken w fried rice) he states it is the best chaufa he's had - Right down the street from us -- Now we need more visits to continue to try other plates.

I googled “Peruvian food near me” and landed here.
I had the lunch special, it was fantastic! It’s a small little place with fast service and great flavor.
The ceviche was a medium spice, which was perfect for me and the chicken soup was delicious.
The server Noelia was fantastic, she spoke both Spanish and English which I needed that because my Spanish is mas y menace.
Give this place a shot you will not be disappointed.
I’ll be back! Thank you!
