Ver top notch service and very delicious food.I haven't had a dish I didn't like from here.I love their enchiladas potosinas (my favorite dish). The chilaquiles we have had were perfectly crisp with the chile on it how we love it.Finding parking can be very difficult, especially when there's a funeral/event at the church across the street.
Come support a family-operated restaurant. If you want authentic Mexican cuisine Los Candiles will never disappoint. They are accommodating, warm welcoming, and willing to cater to any substitution preferences you'd like.My father is diabetic and I'm Vegan and there's always something for us to eat and drink here. The options are wide-ranging from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have been established for over 20yrs and during COVID they offered free meals to elderly people. If you are around the area and wish to support small businesses with a reputable history within a community that is vibrant in culture and cuisine You won't be disappointed, Come with a hungry belly, and make sure to bring your family and friends.
The young man there is one of the best servers I've ever had.Kept the table clean and free of all used plates as soon as we were done with a plate or cup, kept our coffee topped off, checked in on us many times, got our order taken immediately and got our food to us faster then anywhere else I've been lately. The food is pretty good here but we go for the service. Also, this particular server is a pretty good conversationalist.I saw all servers busing tables immediately and cleaning many surfaces constantly.I was very impressed by that. The only downside here is the parking situation.Limited spots in the lot behind and good luck with any street parking. The sunflower seed atole is excellent. The white atole is so-so.Their lemonade( with or without chia) are fresh, made, and excellent.Huevos divorciados are very good. The Lomo is very tender and well seasoned but on the fattier side (if you add that).Pancakes are good, enchiladas de Mole are very good, (both beef and chicken) Milanesa dinner is excellent (well seasoned, good breading, crispy outside and tender inside), they give you a nice sized portion for the price. Beans and rice are not very seasoned and have less salt than I'm used to, but they still are good and taste fresh. The kids' hamburger is terrible. It's obviously a cheap frozen patty made with by-products.I don't recommend it.But their fries are amazing. The fries taste like they are cooked in fresh fry oil every time we get them. They are fresh cut fries. They have a wonderful flavor.Their coffee is pretty good, too, but not on the strong side.
