LongHorn Steakhouse in New Braunfels strikes a delightful balance between cozy and trendy. The rustic decor creates an inviting atmosphere perfect for family dining. I opted for the filet, which was cooked perfectly medium rare - tender and bursting with flavor! The zesty Brussels sprouts were a fantastic side. My friend chose the classic BBQ ribs, and they didn’t disappoint.

The fast service was the cherry on top, though the noise level was slightly high. Don't forget to save room for dessert; the chocolate stampede is heavenly! 🍫
