Long John Silver's

This location is the best Long John Silver's I've ever experienced! The food was cooked to perfection and we were helped by outstanding and exemplary employees named Star and Bernard who each went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Star was particularly friendly and customer service oriented.
Her enthusiasm was genuine and heartfelt while Bernard was a truly loyal and dedicated employee who show the exceptional professionalism in his interactions with my wife and I.
Thank you so much for the great experience.
I highly recommend this location over all others in the US.

Ok to start out I went with my dad to get some fish and McRib at McDonald's.
I know your wondering why I'm at Long John Silvers.
Well they were out so we decided to go there instead.
We get there and head in and order about 80 dollars of food.
Seems like the amount we always spend.
We ask for Mac and Cheese which doesn't show on the menu.
They said it was not made.
I settled on corn .
Pay and start to wait.
As I'm waiting I guess I seen something I wasn't supposed to see.
It started as one employee pushing through an door and then started an yelling and cussing scene.
Mad props to the supervisor for trying to get control but the one employee was not calming down and stopping as the manager says "not in front of the customer " .
This is as she gets in between them.she finally gets them to stop .
This causes my father to get an headache and sits down in chair.
We get our food and drive home.
I get home and count my food due to having issues with all delivery all the time.
The pics are what I find.
I'm missing 1 chicken, 2 fish, and had only 7 of 16 hushpuppies.
I now drive back up to the store after calling the business and telling them I'm missing food.
It seems like this happens alot.
I get there and my food is sitting on top of the counter(top part).
It seemed like wasting my time was the way they want to treat their customers.
I'm hungry and eat a hushpuppy as I'm driving home and it was cold.
So don't seem like I will be eating there for a really long time.

Tried to b very nice.
Thanked the cashier.
W no response back an when we asked for tarter and cocktail sauce we got 2cocktail an 1 tarter barely.
W anything in it for 2 dinners and 2 clams .i think we will pass on this place from now on.
