Long Hing offers a cozy vibe and a diverse menu that appeals to many. I recently tried their beef in black bean sauce, and it was rich and flavorful. The Singapore noodles were also cooked to perfection - perfectly balanced with spices and tender ingredients.

However, the chips fell a bit flat, being on the colder side. The service was prompt, and the staff were friendly, which added to the overall experience. I'm looking forward to exploring more dishes next time! 🍜
