Loncheria El Popo is a hidden gem in Laredo! 🍽️ I had the lonches de ternera, and they were fantastic - hot and fresh with an intriguing texture between a burger and a sandwich. The ham option was my favorite, but I also enjoyed the cheeseburger with avocado.

The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a quick bite or to gather with friends. The bread is a standout - light yet dense, reminiscent of an English muffin! I placed a large order for my family in Austin, and the service was quick and friendly. Just wish I had snagged a discount on my to-go order! 😄
