L'Oeil Du Dragon Sushi offers a casual and cozy spot for sushi lovers in St-Émile. The ambiance is relaxed, but I was a bit let down by the quality of the sushi. While the shrimp tempura and gyoza were decent, the sushi itself lacked freshness, and the rice was overly sticky. It felt more like a takeaway option than a proper dining experience. They do offer delivery and takeaway, which is convenient, but I’d suggest refining their sushi recipes. Not quite what I hoped for... 🍣
