September 27, 2024L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is a hidden gem near the airport in Honolulu! 🌺 The portions are HUGE and the prices are incredibly affordable - $12 for a fresh, crunchy chicken katsu plate with rice and mac salad is a steal!
The atmosphere could use some cleaning up; there were food scraps around. However, the friendly staff made our visit enjoyable, patiently explaining the menu.
The juicy pork and flavorful cabbage were highlights, even for someone who usually dislikes cabbage. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick meal before catching a flight! 🍽️
