Little Caesars Pizza

I'm done giving this establishment any more tries.
This Little Caesars consistently makes the worst, sloppy pizzas in the area.
Either the employees don't care or the manager lets it happen. The pizzas from this Little Caesars is almost always prepared wrong, undercooked, or stuck to the box.
There's another Little Caesars right up the road that deserves everyone's business as that establishment consistently makes their pizzas right. I've had enough from ordering here and will stop wasting my money ordering at this location.

Everything was just what I expected from a Budget Friendly pizza establishment.
Jacquie the lady that works there went far out of her way for me to go home satisfied with my order.
I had an order of 8 pizzas but they only had 2 available.
She made 8 pizzas just as quickly as she could and handed me 8 freshly made pizzas.
I felt she went out of her way and did it with a sense of urgency.
I went back to my job site with fresh/hot pizza for the crue.
It made all our employees day.

This place consistently disappoints.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Placed an order for ASAP pickup.
5 pizzas..
I received a notification at 6:58 saying my pizza was ready for pickup,  I arrived at 7:14 (screenshot shot time) for the manager to tell me that my pickup time was 6:21 and that my order had "expired" then she showed me my 3 pizzas and said the other 2 had been thrown out.
I showed her my notification saying it was ready at 6:58 and she proceeded to say it was my fault that I chose ASAP pickup and should've been there sooner.
I've spent many times in that lobby waiting a looong time for my order just to be told that it isn't ready than when it is, I get the notification via the app..
so which one is it? Horrible customer service, I went based off the notification from your app but it's my fault? Just tell the truth, you were behind on other orders so you used 2 of my pizzas.
Waited 5 additional minutes for those 2 pizzas..
No offer to rectify it no offer of a free dessert or not even a dipping sauce!  Terrible terrible terrible.
This isn't the first time I've had issues here but this time was just too much to let slide.
Take your business elsewhere!
