Ling Wu Asian Restaurant

The food tasted good though a little too sweet for my taste.
The presentation is excellent.
The servers could do better by checking more constantly if the customers need drinks refill.
Overall, it is worth a revisit for the dim sums.

We had a great time here.
Beautifully decorated with a great vibe.
We came in on a weekday for dinner, and the place wasn't crowded, unlike weekends. We got pan seared and crispy chicken dumplings, spicy cucumber, kung pao chicken, and veggie fried rice.
The cucumbers were refreshing.
The pan seared dumplings were our favorite with plenty of juicy filling.
The crispy dumplings had a thick chewy wrapper, which we were not a fan of.
The veggie fried rice was loaded with plenty of veggies and tasted great.
The kung pao chicken was good with a delicious sauce.

Small selection of dim sum but good.
Enjoyed whatever we ordered.
I wish scallion pancakes were a bit bigger for the price (and ours was a bit too crispy and on the hard side), the dipping sauce is awesome- wish they gave some rice also to go with the sauce :) And would appreciate a better selection of teas especially at dim sum time.

Be cautious, this is a terrible restaurant.
They lack an understanding of what service means and don't deserve a tip.
This will be a vividly remembered birthday gathering for us.
We booked our two-year-old daughter's birthday dinner here, only to leave in disappointment.
We didn't even cut the cake; we just left, and we'll never go back.
In fact, we've been here a few times before, and it was always perfect.
When the kids wanted to dine outside under the colorful roof, the manager refused.
He wouldn't even spare us a glance, and the kids became silent with some emotions.
We were trying to soothe the kids' emotions, making it impossible to place an order, and the waitstaff became impatient.
They left several times during the ordering process.
The food was good, but the service was just terrible.
Because we were more than six people, the tip was automatically deducted, but honestly, I don't want to leave a single penny.
This is the worst-service restaurant I've been to in Austin.
