If you're in Asheville, you can't miss Laughing Seed Cafe! The vibrant atmosphere complements their fantastic menu filled with creative vegan and vegetarian offerings. I had the miso eggplant and Thai coconut curry, both bursting with flavor!

The cauliflower wings were definitely a highlight - crispy and spicy. The staff exuded warmth and attentiveness, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the dog-friendly patio was a lovely touch. Can't wait for another visit! 🌱
