If you're in the mood for genuine German cuisine, Laschet's Inn hits the mark. The cozy ambiance is perfect for a relaxed dinner. I chose the pork knuckle, and wow - it practically fell off the bone! The crispy skin paired beautifully with the tangy sauerkraut.
The warm Bavarian pretzels were a delightful start, soft and served with sweet mustard. Oh, and don't skip dessert; their sweets are simply fantastic. It's family-friendly with efficient service, making it an ideal spot for gatherings. Can't wait to return! 🍻

We dined here for the first time and intentionally ordered an array of dishes to sample as much as we could. The Jumbo Pretzel was delightful, and the potato pancakes came in a massive portion! My wife loved the Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich, while I savored the tender Sauerbraten, paired with fantastic red cabbage and crispy Spaetzle.
The atmosphere was cozy, embodying a warm German vibe, and the service was friendly. Plus, their beer selection complements the menu perfectly. Can’t wait to return! 🍻

Laschet's Inn is a cozy treasure tucked away in Chicago! 🌟 We stopped in for lunch and were immediately welcomed by the friendly staff and warm, historic vibe.
We dove into a Jumbo Pretzel and Potato Pancakes - massive and delicious, especially with the sour cream and applesauce. For the main course, I enjoyed the tender Sauerbraten, while my wife loved her Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich!
The unique beer selection paired nicely with our meals, and we left with plenty of leftovers. Can't wait for our next visit! 🍻✨
