Las Palmas Mexican Cafe is a delightful gem in Corpus Christi! 🌟 The Chicken Tortilla Soup is a must-try - rich, homemade, and topped with fresh avocado slices.

I also enjoyed the fajitas nachos, which were flavorful but a tad overcooked. The casual atmosphere is perfect for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely meal with friends.

The staff are friendly and attentive, although I did experience a longer wait for my order on one occasion. Still, I can’t wait to go back for breakfast again! 🍽️✨
