Stepping into Las Palapas in New Braunfels felt inviting. The vibrant decor and casual vibe set the perfect mood for a family meal. I opted for the guisado plate, and it did not disappoint - the meat was tender, complemented beautifully by their homemade flour tortillas. Service was prompt, and our server, Genesis, was bubbly and attentive.

While the salsa could use a little more kick, the overall experience was enjoyable. A great spot for comfort food with a friendly atmosphere! 🌮
