I recently had a delightful brunch at Las Iguanas in Kingston. The outdoor seating was a lovely touch, especially with the sunny weather. I kicked things off with their refreshing Tropical Cooler, a must-try drink! For my main, I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas, which were packed with flavor and a delicious twist on classic fare.

The churros for dessert were divine! Our server, Eddie, was attentive and friendly, making our experience even better. I can’t wait to return for happy hour! 🍹
