Laredo Taco Company is a delightful find nestled within a Stripes gas station. I stopped by for breakfast and indulged in their barbacoa tacos - pure comfort food! 🌮 The meat was flavorful, albeit a bit greasy, and I could have used a refreshing side like coleslaw to balance things out.

Despite the casual gas station setting, the service was impressive, reminiscent of a friendly Chick-fil-A environment. The clean facilities were a pleasant surprise, too.

Overall, it's a quick bite worth trying if you're in Corpus Christi! Just don't expect fine dining... 🙌
