Shanghainese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Dim sum restaurant, Noodle shop
Liked the decoration a lot.It felt different and warm. I had the sour and spicy pork noodles and a crispy dough.Finished the whole bowl at night while there with friends after visiting the queens botanical garden. The crispy dough was very good.Didn't finish it, took it home for the fridge, and ate it the next day for breakfast, and it was still good. This is how well it was made. The food is inexpensive also, the service was very good. Our waiter was attentive to us.
It was my first time here, and i really enjoyed it.The food here was really delicious. The soup dumplings very rich soup flavor and is not very greasy.Perfect combination and highly recommend. The wait staff is so friendly. The place is very spacous and very clean. They do accept credit cards but do charge a 3% fee.Would definitely come back again.
Excellent Shanghainese spot.Favs were the salty soybean milk, shanghai anchovies, and crab meat ball (perfect with some vinegar and rice). The xiao long bao, sheng jian baos and beef dumplings are solid as well. Also recommend the assorted casserole ($32) tons of different stuff in there including egg dumplings, tofu wrapped pork, smoked fish, and more! Service was very quick and kind.
