October 30, 2024La Poblana delivered a comforting taste of Mexico. I ordered the cemita poblana, which was hearty and satisfying, with perfectly fried meat that paired well with the grilled cheese and avocado. The mole, while rich, could use a bit more flavor kick. The ambiance feels cozy, making it a nice spot for casual dining or brunching with friends. One downside was the small portion of salsa served with the chips, but it's worth a visit for the main dishes. Will return! 🌮
