La Poblana has really stepped up its game lately! The revamped dining area is cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a casual meal. I tried their enchiladas and found them comfortingly delicious, though I wished for a little more rice on the side. The salsa didn't quite hit the mark for me; it leaned too limey instead of a balanced blend.

Nonetheless, with fast service and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a fantastic spot for a quick bite, especially when you want to escape the crowds of other places.

Definitely worth a visit! 🌮
