September 11, 2024I recently dined at La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! 🌮
I indulged in the Carne Asada plate, which was bursting with flavor, accompanied by their fantastic Charro Beans - absolutely delicious! The cook knows how to make the food really pop.
The homemade salsa and chips were also a treat! I can’t wait to head back and try their Caldo de Res. It's a shame they are permanently closed now... What a loss for Lubbock! 😢
