La Gloria Restaurant is a delightful gem in Oxnard! 🌮

From the moment we walked in, the cozy vibe made us feel at home. We enjoyed their fluffy breakfast burrito filled with perfectly scrambled eggs and savory chorizo - a perfect start to the day!

The outdoor seating allowed us to soak up the sun, and the friendly staff made the experience even better.

Don’t miss their fresh tres leches cake for dessert; it's a must-try!

Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, La Gloria has something for everyone... Will definitely return! 😊

Mostly a takeaway restaurant, it still has many tables, chairs available for those that wish to enjoy the food there, but on a Sunday, expect the place to be full.
Ordered a pound of carnitas and two dozen corn tortillas; was not disappointed in the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff.
I also enjoyed the jimica, which was refreshing.

So my husband used to come here when he was working in the pest control industry.
He and his co worker who knew to speak Spanish helped my hubby order.
We came here again as we were lost looking for something else and he remembered how good this place was.
So he doesn’t speak Spanish and did the best to order and the ladies weren’t to helpful to him and he was even frustrated.
But I went in and I didn’t have a problem because I do speak Spanish.
Any who’s I ordered and food is super fresh and good.
Restroom is clean.
The sweet bread is fresh and so good.
There’s something for everyone.
I haven’t made it to the ice cream section nor the carnicería but I’m sure it’s good cause the lines are out the door.

Tamales are okay when they have them, which is not always.
That's okay.though, I get that.
But service can be really slow.
Today it took them 15 minutes to put 4 tamales in a container.
They seemed to be working hard, although it wasn't that crowded.
But they were filling other orders.
They didnt do mine (literally took 15 seconds) until I asked.
Maybe it was personal for some reason.
In any case I'll be going elsewhere
