I stopped by La Casita Food Truck for lunch and was incredibly impressed! 🌮 I tried the carne asada tacos - absolutely delicious with a perfect crispy finish!

The flavors were spot on, and you can really taste the love in every bite. I also indulged in their agua de Jamaica, which was refreshing and a great pairing.

The service was quick; my order was ready in under 15 minutes. Plus, it was nice to find easy street parking! If you're in Stockton and craving tacos, this place is definitely worth a visit...!
