Kousine in Boca Raton is a delightful discovery for Peruvian cuisine enthusiasts! We tried the Ceviche Pulpo al Olivo, and the mix of octopus and calamari in that zesty aioli was top-notch. The ambiance felt cozy and laid-back, perfect for our casual dinner. Our server, Diego, was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The only minor downside was the warmth inside - maybe a tad too cozy. Overall, a fantastic place worth revisiting soon! 🌟
