Koon Thai Kitchen has quickly become my favorite spot for Thai cuisine in Concord! The ambiance is cozy, making it perfect for a casual night out. I indulged in their salmon curry and it was simply delightful - full of flavor and just the right amount of spice!

The portions here are generous; I ended up with enough leftovers for lunch the next day. While service was slightly slower during peak hours, the delicious food more than made up for it. I can’t wait to explore more dishes... 🌶️
