Kooks Restaurant is a delightful brunch spot tucked away in Brighton. We enjoyed a relaxed Sunday morning here, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I ordered the smash avocado on toast topped with smoked salmon, which was nothing short of exceptional. My friend savored the classic eggs benedict with halloumi. Service was attentive without being intrusive - Glyn was particularly accommodating! The extensive tea selection also caught my eye. A wonderful place to unwind and indulge... ☕
