Koa Pancake House offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for a relaxed breakfast. I indulged in their guava mochi waffle - absolutely delicious and unique! The pancakes are also a hit; my friend adored the chocolate chips.

While the service was friendly, it felt a bit slow that morning. The casual environment makes it great for families, and there's ample parking available. Just a heads up, the coffee could use a little work... I’ll definitely return to try more items, especially their eggs Benedict! ☕️
