Kirei at Madrid Barajas Airport is a delightful find amidst travel mayhem. The freshness of the sushi is remarkable; the spicy salmon tartar truly stands out with its vibrant flavors. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to unwind between flights. The staff was attentive and quick, delivering my order promptly, which was ideal given my tight schedule.

Though prices are slightly higher, the quality absolutely justifies it! I’ll be back on my next layover... 🍣
