Kiosco Latino Vallecas is a delightful spot tucked away in Puente de Vallecas. Their empanadas are hands down the best I've tasted, with a flavorful, slightly spicy filling that warms the soul. I also couldn’t resist their delicious pan de yuca and refreshing milkshakes - they're fantastic!
