Kimo's Hawaiian BBQ is a hidden gem in Albuquerque! 🌺

I recently tried their teriyaki chicken plate and my son loved the katsu chicken plate - both were delicious! The flavors reminded me of my trips to Hawaii. The spam musubi and POG were also fantastic!

The cozy atmosphere made for a perfect lunch spot, and the staff was incredibly friendly. While parking can be a challenge, the warm vibe inside is worth it. Just a heads-up, they close earlier than I'd like, but that makes it feel like a special treat. Highly recommend! 😊
