Kibou Japanese Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with a cozy, upmarket atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the volcano roll - richly flavored and satisfying. The cocktails, especially the lychee, were a hit and paired well with our sharing plates. While the tuna tartare was a tad underwhelming, the overall vibe was lively and fun.
