KFC in Sutton Coldfield offers a classic fast food experience, but it could use some improvement. The fried chicken is what you'd expect, juicy and satisfying, especially when paired with their BBQ sauce. However, the dining area feels a bit neglected; I noticed several tables that weren’t cleaned during my visit.

The staff seemed overwhelmed for lunch, leading to slow service, and the air conditioning made it quite chilly. On the plus side, they have a wheelchair-accessible entrance, which is appreciated. Just wish they could step up their game a bit... 🍗
