I recently visited KFC at Meadowbank Retail Park and had a satisfying experience. The fried chicken was as delicious as I remembered, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy within. The restaurant had a fresh vibe, and while it could have used a little more attention to cleanliness, the food overshadowed that minor detail.

The staff, especially Mashu and Mubi, were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. If you're craving comfort food in Edinburgh, this spot won't disappoint! 🍗
