KFC Birmingham in New Oscott offers a familiar fast-food experience with a casual vibe. The Zinger burger was as delightful as ever, but I was disappointed to find my order was missing the hash brown. Not the end of the world, though - the crispy fries were on point!

The staff, particularly Sharon, made quite an impression with her friendly manner. It’s also nice to see that the venue is accessible for everyone. Just wish they’d sort out their cash policy! Overall, a decent spot for a quick meal. 🍗
