I always order take out.
I have come to this location for a long, long time.
Sometimes they forget something; sometimes they include something I didn't order (like coleslaw), but those can be fixed if I discover it soon enough.
This is the first time I've ever gotten a chicken breast and biscuit so dry, so hard they were nearly inedible.
I tried to steam the biscuit to soften it a bit, but that failed.
What I got was a biscuit that tasted like it had been left out to dry for several days.
The chicken tasted like it had been fried sometime early in the day, then left under a heat lamp for the rest of the day to thoroughly and completely dry out.
Both the meat and the biscuit were so hard, I was tempted to simply give it to my dog, who, having starved in her early years, has no 'full' switch.
But I hadn't had time to eat today so I was hungry by evening and tired.
On the bright side, the staff were friendly and quick.
I don't know if this piece ended up pushed to the back of the tray over and over, but it was disappointing, to say the very least.
Time of order: 6 p.m., ticket # 1582

Placed a mobile order online.
Went to pick it up and was asked to wait.
10 minutes later they are handing me my food and tell me everything is in there.
I get home and come to realize they didn’t put any sauces, butter, or honey in the bag like they said they would.
I called and was told he told them to put them in there and he’ll give me a free combo meal.
I immediately went back to the restaurant because who wants chicken nuggets without sauce.
I was asked to wait to be helped.
Upon being served, I told them I needed sauces that they forgot.
The mood quickly changed.
She started throwing sauces in a bag.
I asked for butter and honey, and she claimed they were out.
She then threw the bag at me.
We loved coming here once or twice a month.
It was my first time walking in the restaurant in quite a while.
The whole interior was a mess.
Dirt and grime everywhere.
Horrible experience and customer service.
Not to mention the food wasn’t even hot.
Definitely won’t be back.
We will be giving Chick-fil-A and Popeyes our business from now on.

The food and service both were outstanding.
I highly recommend this place and sincerely hope everyone has a chance to try out this location during your next stop.
