I grabbed a quick bite at the KFC in Thousand Oaks, and while the crispy chicken had its usual flavor, the atmosphere left much to be desired. The inside had a greasy feel, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. I used the kiosk for ordering, but it would have been nice if someone called out my name rather than leaving my order on the shelf.

The staff was friendly enough, yet the enthusiasm felt lacking. I might swing by again for a craving, but they could definitely improve cleanliness and service. 🍗
