I recently swung by KFC on E 38th Street for a quick bite, and while I love their classic fried chicken, the service here left a bit to be desired.
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. The food was delicious, as expected, but the wait stretched to over 40 minutes, which was quite frustrating - especially with the drive-thru crowd.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was some confusion with orders, which detracted from the overall experience.
However, the casual atmosphere is perfect for families. I hope they can improve service because the food always hits the spot! 🍗
