Just ordered in the drive thru 9:17 pm, had my order confirmed( classic chicken sandwich, 10 piece Nashville hot saucy nuggets, one large coleslaw.Get home to discover my nuggets are honey Sriracha.Ok....called the store, trying to explain to the lady, she hangs up on me.Call back, voicemail.Ok, yall sho right.I won't be returning.You hang up on me because you messed up my order and then ignore my call because it's almost closing time?!? This is why Popeyes and Churchs are killing KFC.It's not good, it's over priced and the workers suck! Skip this place and spend elsewhere.The nuggets aren't even nuggets, basically the pieces that fall off larger pieces of chicken when you fry it.Nothing like the picture or description, barely sauced. Complete waste of time and money.
Older hispanic lady in drive thru is absolutely vile to customers.I was there at 11 but wanted an online special. Ordered and not one customer was there from 11-11:30 so I figured they could have my order ready a few minutes early. Nope. I had to wait for the pick up time. They finally gave it to me after pickup time and it was cold. It appears to me they are intentionally driving away customers. On top of it all there was plastic in my slaw and my order was wrong. I was short chicken.When I tried to get it fixed this lady started screaming at me in spanish and shoved my chicken bucket back at me. Absolutely the worst I have ever been treated. Way to loose half of your lunch time customers in day. This person should not only be fired but never hired again anywhere.I figured I would just call the store manager about the overcharge but no one answers. This is my second bad experience in the last couple months with this same hag. Its Go Chicken Go from now on.
Cannot rate KFC’s food today as they refused to honor their texted coupon. A young cashier interpreted the Expires On date as before midnight … or yesterday. Corporate said that each site interprets their own policies; therefore, was I denied use of today’s coupon due to a misinterpretation? Maybe my age? My race? My physical disability? I was less than pleased with my 12 minute phone call to Corporate, and there is no Contact information for individual sites. I’m guessing they can’t hear complaints if they offer No Way to file a complaint…. I was also declined when asked to speak to a Supervisor , so I’m not holding my breath for the promised return email from Corporate…. Today’s apathetic workforce have no idea what they’re allowing to continue.
