I recently visited KFC at Poplar Hill Plaza in Chesapeake, and while I'm a fan of their chicken, my experience was less than ideal.

The dining area was quite messy, which made me hesitant to stay. I had to take my 8-piece Original Chicken meal to go after waiting 20 minutes just to place my order. The wait for the food was an additional half-hour, so I decided to head to Popeye's instead.

They really need to improve on cleanliness and service! Will I return? Maybe, but I might stick to the drive-thru next time... 🍗
